From retailer EDI integrations and warehouse management to production insight, traceability and finance, we brought every part of the operation onto one scalable platform, giving the business a single source of truth and confidence that compliance requirements are continually met.
We built full end-to-end and bidirectional EDI integrations, connecting Taylors Snacks directly with their retailers. Orders flow in and out automatically, reducing manual handling and keeping the business closely aligned with customer requirements.
A full warehouse management solution transforms stock workflows, integrating with labelling and scanning systems. On-site employees benefit from a seamless end-to-end process, with stock accurate and visible from goods into goods out.
We streamed metrics directly from production lines into the ERP, giving clear insight into efficiency and other KPIs. Full traceability runs from raw material to finished product, supporting audits with an easy-to-recall data flow.
Integrations with transport ledgers let operatives book transport and reconcile movements, while connections to finance and accounts packages generate invoices and financial documentation as a by-product of everyday operation.
Built on a modern, scalable architecture with enterprise-grade cloud hosting, the platform evolves with the business as a single source of truth for orders, stock, production plans and finance. A planned data lake and warehouse will deepen oversight and decision-making.
