health & wellbeing
SafeFit came to us with a simple idea that challenged a familiar model: what if going to the gym didn’t mean sharing the space with everyone else? The ambition was to create fully private, bookable fitness studios that combined premium equipment, private facilities and access to Personal Trainers. But the bigger challenge was establishing a new proposition in an increasingly crowded fitness market.
Working from the ground up, we partnered with the SafeFit team to define the brand strategy, positioning and go-to-market proposition. Customer research and behavioural insight helped shape a clear value proposition and messaging framework, giving the business a stronger foundation from which to launch. We then translated this into the visual direction and built the initial digital and social ecosystem, from the first landing page and website through to content planning and ongoing social management.
As new studios opened, we supported each launch with targeted campaigns across digital, local advertising, billboards, in-studio communications, signage and promotional materials. Every touchpoint had a practical role; driving downloads and registrations, encouraging trial and building repeat usage, while also showing Personal Trainers how SafeFit could offer a premium environment for their clients.
