After defining a rich story for Herbal Essentials – that captured the essence of the brand and its unique Himalayan product range–it naturally led on to refreshing the product packaging, modernising the identity, streamlining the brand's digital assets and setting up a linked up platform from which to focus on driving sales & awareness of this award-winning brand.

As a family-owned business, with over 60 years of heritage, there was a belief that they might not be realising their full potential; we were brought in to help modernise the brand through a revised personality, identity and full suite of assets to help realise, and future proof, their goals. While also mirroring the innovation and quality at the heart of the business, and getting the family fully immersed in the re-development.

We work closely with the UAE’s largest meal-prep provider helping them deliver their objective of individually tailored healthy meals across the emirate and beyond. One key project was the development and implementation of a bespoke e-commerce and sales platform looking after the entire customer journey from first-contact, through plan generation, to payment and subsequent re-ordering of meals.

Working in partnership with the Club management to develop the virtual interface for the business; allowing members to access the brand via online workouts, virtual events and live classes, social communications, and kick-starting a bespoke app to allow members to manage their interactions -from physical to virtual in 6 weeks.
