Marshall came to us as one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of specialist trailers and farm equipment, but their brand wasn’t keeping pace with the quality of what they produced. The perception lagged behind the reality, and it was starting to impact both sales and how the business appeared in a competitive market. The question was how to realign the brand with the ambition of a growing, family-owned company.
We worked closely with the senior team to understand both their values and those of their customers, mapping where the two met and where they didn’t. That insight shaped a clearer direction for the brand; one that reflected the practical demands of the sector while better expressing the heritage and reliability behind the business. The updated identity was designed to feel straightforward, engineered and contemporary to the people using the products every day.
From there, the work extended across every touchpoint, from signage and stationery through to product branding and vehicle livery. We also developed and managed their social presence, creating content aligned with the new direction. The result was a more consistent and credible brand experience, helping shift perception and supporting incremental sales through clearer, more connected communication.
