non-profit organisation
Business in the Community, founded by King Charles, came to us with a clear challenge: how do you energise participation in a flagship awards programme, drive submissions and reflect the scale of collaboration between business and society. All without losing the credibility the organisation is built on? The Royal Albert Hall setting carries prestige; the communications had to live up to it while still feeling open and human.
We started by looking at what already existed. Rather than reinventing everything, we re-worked and elevated core visual assets to create a more contemporary, flexible identity for the awards. The aim was recognition with renewed energy. Something that could work across invitations, digital channels and event materials while feeling cohesive at every touchpoint. The result was a system that felt both responsible and optimistic, much like the businesses BITC champions.
That thinking extended into Responsible Business Week. We developed a simple but distinctive navigation icon and a dynamic design direction that could guide audiences through content across platforms. From campaign collateral to online applications, the communications worked harder, reached further and helped position the programme not just as an event, but as part of a growing movement businesses wanted to be seen in.
